摘    要:简要分析了工业管道减薄的原因,对使用缺陷的轴向长度来区分减薄类型进行探讨.减薄管道表面状况较为粗糙,曲率较大,当使用测厚仪测厚有困难时,可以用超声波探伤仪来进行测厚.遵照相应规范标准,根据具体减薄情况确定其安全状况等级和检验周期.

Abstract:Analysed the cause of thickness decrease for using industrial piping,recommended that by making use of the disfigurement axis length one could tell types of thickness decrease.Because of the rough surface and pronounced curvature,piping thicknesses by usually measured with an ultrasonic flaw detector.To conform to a suitable standard,the safety status grade and the inspection cycle have to be determied in light of specific thickness decrease.
