| 摘 要： | 汽车车载诊断系统（OBD）是对汽车发动机全寿命周期排放进行有效控制的必要保证，轻型车的OBD发展已经很成熟，重型车OBD的发展在国际上仍处于初级阶段。本文介绍了国际和国内重型车OBD系统的发展现状和发展历程，重点对欧盟OBD法规的主要特点和监测内容做了简要概述。

| Abstract: | The OBD system guarantees the engine's whole life cycle emissions being effectively controlled. Its use on light-duty vehicles has been fully developed, while it is still in the elementary phase on heavy-duty vehicles. The author introduces history and development of OBD system on heavy-duty vehicles at home and abroad, emphasizes the main features and monitoring contents of European Union OBD legislation. |
