船用蒸汽管道系统振动及抗冲击特性有限元仿真分析

摘    要:采用有限元方法对舰船用蒸汽管道系统的振动和抗冲击性能进行数值仿真分析,结果表明,在蒸汽管道系统中使用液压阻尼弹簧吊架,能较好地抑制蒸汽管道振动,降低冲击对蒸汽管道系统的损害。

FEA of the vibration and shock resistance character for marine steam pipe system

Abstract:In the paper,the vibration and shock resistance character of a marine steam pipe system was simulated and analyzed by using finite element method.The results showed that the vibration was depressed,and the damage due to the shock load was reduced effectively when the steam pipe system was supported by the hydraulic-damp spring hangers.
