摘    要:为了用最少的安全控制程序从事集装箱国际运输,并避免各国各自执行国家安全规则可能产生的矛盾,国际海事组织颁布了集装箱安全公约,强度计算是罐式集装箱样箱生产的第一步,有限元分析时一般选取了板壳元和梁元,4个箱角刚性固定,将各个运动方向上的惯性力转化为动压力叠加到设计压力上,分别进行计算,从分析结果可以明显判断出设计的优劣,此方法为中国船级社所采用,实践证明简便可靠。

Abstract:In order to undertake the container transport in the least safety control procedure,and avoid the possible inconsistency caused by different safety regulations in different countries,the International Maritime Organization(IMO) issued the Convention for the safety of container.Strength analysis by finite element method is essential.Generally,shell element and beam element are used in the FEA,and the four container-corners are fixed.The dynamic pressure induced by the inertial forces of different directions of motion is superimposed to the design pressure alternatively.It is easy to judge whether the design is good or not by the results of FEA.The method is used by China Classification of Society,which is proved to be reliable and accessible.
