无索鞍预偏施工悬索桥的主缆施工控制计算

摘    要:针对采用无索鞍预偏施工设计的悬索桥施工控制中主缆空缆状态、空缆标高等控制参数的计算问题,使用有限元程序ANSYS全桥统一建模,从link10单元初应变调整和单元生死功能入手,寻找结构的成桥内力状态,并从成桥状态出发,倒退至结构空缆,对应无索鞍预偏施工方法的空缆状态定义,调整结构受力,最终得到空缆状态的结构线形及内力参数。实例验证表明,该方法有效地解决了无索鞍预偏施工控制中主缆线形的计算问题。

Abstract:In order to solve calculation problem of main cable control parameters such as cable initial construction state and initial elevation in zero cable saddle pre-bias design of suspension construction,ANSYS program was used to building whole bridge finite analysis model.And starting with adjusting the initial strain of element link10 and element birth and death,finding the final inner force status of whole bridge,then backing to the initial cable states,so the method from the bridge finishing state back up to initial state is established.This method is proved to be able to solve the calculation problem of main cable linetype control in zero cable saddle pre-bias suspension bridges.
