| Abstract: | Starting from the analysis on the problems existed in the urban planning layout and the transportation system of Beijing city, by summarizing the ' organic evacuation' planning experiences gained by such metropolises as London the role of rail transit in restructuring the city of Beijing is probed and some related countermeasures are proposed. |
