摘    要:利用气囊进行船舶下水,已经成为成熟的船舶下水新工艺,具有广泛的推广意义和价值。文章结合荣成市神飞船舶制造基地1.5万吨级、2.5万吨级、3.5万吨级船台工程的设计,介绍了船台设计要点、船舶利用气囊滚动下水工艺、气囊下水船台的主要特点和气囊下水须要注意的问题。可为相关设计、使用人员提供参考。

Abstract:Using the airbag for launching,has become a natural new technology of ship launching,and has widely popularized significance and value.Combining with the design of 15 000,25 000 and 35 000 tons slipway projects in Shenfei shipbuilding base in Rongcheng,this paper introduces the design issues,airbag launching technology,the main characteristics of airbag launching platform and its problems needing attention.It can provide references for relevant design and users.
