| 摘 要： | 探讨重要度概念在城市轨道交通乘客满意度评价中的应用,将服务项目重要度与乘客满意度量化并进行综合分析,根据乘客需求找出急需改进的指标(重要度高、满意度低),客观地说明重要度在乘客满意度评价中的作用,为轨道交通运输行业的满意度评价提供参考和依据。

| Abstract: | The application of importance concept in passenger satisfaction evaluation of urban rail transit is discussed. The service item importance and the passenger satisfaction are quantified and comprehensively analyzed. According to the passenger demand, the indices with high importance and low satisfaction improved in urgent need are found. It objectively shows the role of importance in passenger satisfaction evaluation. |
