摘    要:探讨了将氮气封入车间纵向减振器的可能性,通过理论分析、加载试验和实车试验,表明新开发的气体封入式减振器通过改善油压缩性和阻尼特性,能提高列车微振幅领域的吸能效果,可提高乘坐舒适度1 dB~1.5 dB.

Development of Inter-Car Damper with Pressured Gas Used in Longitudinal Direction between Railway Vehicles
Abstract:The possibility to deal with a development of inter-car damper with pressured N2 gas used in longitudinal direction between railway vehicles is discussed. It is proved by theoretical analysis, loading test as well as field test that, ,through improvement of the oil compression performance and the damping feature, the energy absorption effect in the micro vibration amplitude of the train can be improved, and the riding comfort can be improved by 1 dB- 1.5 dB.
