级联式变频器的一种优化控制策略的研究

摘    要:级联式多电平变频器具有输出波形好、谐波含量低、无需滤波器等特点。本文针对该系列变频器,提出一种基于负载电流检测的新型优化控制策略。该控制策略通过检测负载电流的极性开通或者封锁功率器件的控制信号,不仅可以消除PWM控制信号中的死区时间,并且降低了功率器件的开关损耗。本文利用MATLAB软件进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明该控制策略是可行的。

Abstract:The cells cascaded inverters have many perfect characteristics, such as good output waveform, low harmonic, no filter and so on. A neural optimized strategy based on current detection is proposed in this paper. This strategy is used to open or close the control signal of power devices by detecting the polarity of load current. It can not only eliminate the dead time in PWM control signal, but also reduce the switching loss of power device. The simulation is done by MATLAB software. The results show that this control strategy is feasible.
