摘    要:分析了进口低温不锈钢A333Gr.3的焊接性,通过分别采用焊后热处理和焊后不进行热处理两种方案进行焊接工艺评定试验,制定了合理的低温甲醇洗涤装置主蒸汽管现场焊接工艺参数及工艺措施。试验结果表明:该钢的焊接性良好,焊后不进行热处理更有利于提高焊接接头的低温韧性。

Abstract:The welding property of the low-temperature stainless steel A333Gr.3 was analyzed.The reasonable spot parameter and measure of the main vapour pipe of low temperature methanol wash mill made of the steel were optimized in the experiments on welding procedure qualification with postweld heat treatment technique and non-postweld heat treatment technique.The experiments results show that the welding property of the steel is good and non-postweld heat treatment technique improves the low temperature toughness of welded joint.
