| Abstract: | The construction of highway and highway bridge projects has certain peculiarity of its own.To set up a perfect and complete basic network platform that incorporates both functions of network and communications is important for accelerating construction project informationalization at present stage.In this paper,the process of analysis and set-up of the basic network platform for Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge Project is mainly presented.It is expected that the presentations in the paper may serve as reference to the set-up of more basic network platforms for highway projects being or to be constructed. |
