基于威布尔分布对车速传感器失效阶段分析

摘    要:根据导出的威布尔分布变换公式,结合最小二乘法原理求出威布尔分布中的形状参数。针对汽车电子式车速传感器在实际使用中失效的情况,应用威布尔分布理论找出车速传感器在使用过程中发生失效的阶段,分析了车速传感器发生早期失效的主要原因,并对其进行整改,整改后车速传感器的失效情况显著改善,得到了良好的改进效果。

Abstract:The studies show that , generally, the durability of electronic products, mechanical products, equipments and automobile parts obeys the Weibull distribution. Transform formula of the Weibull distribution was deduced in the paper, using least square methods to obtain the important form parameter of the Weibull distribution. According to failure of electronic automobile velocity sensor in use, the paper applies Weibull distribution theory to get the failure stage of automobile velocity sensor, than analyzes the prime early failure reasons of automobile velocity sensor. Eventually, improving the sensor structure and acquiring good durability results.
