铁路建设项目管理中的利益冲突与协调管理研究

从“利益相关方”的角度，分析我国铁路建设项目的外部与内部利益相关方，通过解析利益相关方的协调博弈，构建实现铁路建设项目协调管理的制度安排。提出：需要从建立完善的铁路建设项目监督体系、建立健全有关铁路建设项目的法律法规以及充分发挥建设单位作为项目“协调者”的角色等方面来实现我国铁路建设项目的协调管理，促进铁路建设事业的健康、稳定发展。
