汽车钢圈多轴疲劳寿命预计

摘    要:本文围绕钢圈多轴疲劳寿命预计问题,通过对钢圈上测点应变花数据的测取和计算,确定测点处于多轴应力状态;基于多轴疲劳损伤的临界平面概念,简捷、有效地确定了测点监界平面方向,分析结果得到疲劳寿命预计的验证,并且与试验疲劳裂纹情况定性一致。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the multi axial fatigue life prediction for automotive rims. Calculations using strain gage rosette measurements indicate that the measured points on the rim is in a multi-axial stress state. Based on the critical plane concept for multi-axial fatigue damage, the orientation of critical plane is determined concisely and effectively. This result has been verified by performing the fatigue life calculation. In additional is qualitatively consistent with the appearance of fatigue crack in testing. The data and analysis method provided in this paper all be useful for the multi axial fatigue life prediction of automotive rims.
