摘    要:为了适应品种繁多的化学品运输,开发了适装性强的9000t不锈钢化学品船。设计时采用了奥氏体-铁素体双金属相不锈钢材料,很好地满足了高蒸气表压、高装运温度、高货品密度的设计要求,明显减轻了不锈钢重量、降低了造价,并改善船厂不锈钢施工的工艺。本文从五个方面讲述了结构设计中所需要特别注意的问题。

Abstract:The new 9000 DWT stainless steel chemical tanker is developed to meet the demand of transportation of a number of different chemical products.The structure design adopts new duplex stainless steel materials to meet the combined requirements of high vapor pressure,high temperature and high density cargoes.Therefore,it not only decreases the weight of the chemical tanker,but also reduces the manufacture cost of the vessel.In the mean time, it helps to improve the building techniques of cargo tanks for the shipyard.This article states five viewpoints that structure designers need to pay attention to.
