摘    要:牵引变电所27.5kV避雷器曾多次发生事故,严重地威胁电气化铁道供电安全。有关规程缺乏对这类避雷器的监控指导,因此有必要对27.5kV避雷器进行监测。通过分析避雷器劣化原因,提出在线监测要求,设计了新型在线监测装置,并研究了运行中的监控阀值。实际应用表明,研制的在线监测装置性能稳定、指示灵敏;针对27.5kV避雷器提出的监控阀值在运行管理中切实可行。

Abstract:27.5 kV arresters in traction substation often happen accident, which threatens seriously power supply safety of electrified railway. Because concerned code lack monitoring and guidance for the arresters, it is necessary to carry through monitoring for 27.5 kV arrester. By analyzing the reason of arrester aging, this paper put forward the requirement of on-line monitoring, design the equipment of new on-line monitoring and research monitoring threshold in the operation. Actual application show that the new on-line monitoring equipment has stable performance, indicate sensitivity; the monitoring threshold of 27.5 kV arrester is feasible in the operation and administration.
