内河综合海事应急管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:根据内河水域水上突发事件应急流程,对软件数据流进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了一种多层次框架体系结构。系统从下向上依次是基础设施层、数据层、应用支撑层和应用层。在此软件体系结构基础上,建立了内河水域的综合海事应急管理系统。系统由应急指挥、应急行动、资源管理、电子江图、报表管理、网络管理和系统管理及维护7大模块组成,系统的应用,为接警、应急事件的处理提供了方便。
