高强混凝土自收缩特性研究

摘    要:关于矿渣、硅灰、石灰石粉、粉煤灰和膨胀剂等多种掺合料对高强混凝土自收缩应变、应力影响的研究结果表明,磨细矿渣和硅灰替代部分水泥作胶凝材料会显著增加混凝土的自收缩,但二者影响自收缩变化的规律不同;石灰石粉和粉煤灰都能明显抑制混凝土的自收缩,石灰石粉的效果最好;膨胀剂对于降低混凝土自收缩的早期作用明显,后期有所波动.

Abstract:This paper studies the influence of many admixtures such as slag, silica fume, limestone powder, fly ash and expensive agent on the autogenous shrinkage strain and stress of high strength concrete. The test results show that slag and silica fume will obviously increase the autogenous shrinkage of concrete, but the two materials have different influence laws on autogenous shrinkage, limestone powder and fly ash will obviously suppress the autogenous shrinkage and limestone powder has better effect, expensive agent can obviously decrease the early autogenous shrinkage although the later stage autogenous shrinkage sometime fluctuates.
