| 摘 要： | 公路电子不停车收费系统(ETC)是目前世界上最先进的车辆收费方式.其最显著的特点是可以实现不停车收费,方便用户通行,加快放行速度和提高收费效率,减少目前高速公路存在严重的拥堵现象.ETC将会成为未来高速公路主要的收费方式,而实现载重车辆电子不停车收费系统势在必行.

| Abstract: | Highway electronic toll collection(ETC) system is the most advanced vehicle toll collection mode in the world. The most obvious characteristics are that it realizes no-parking charge and convenient traffic, accelerates the release rate and improves charging efficiency, reduces the presence of severe congestion. ETC will become the main future expressway charging method and the realization of the load-carrying vehicle electronic toll collection system will be imperative. |
