摘    要:城市地铁车站内上下、换乘客流集中,车站布置较为复杂,很容易在站内通行瓶颈点发生拥堵情况。以上海轨道交通9号线徐家汇站站厅一处自动扶梯为对象,从监控视频提取乘客的到达速率、步行速度和排队情况,分析乘客在自动扶梯前的行为特性,并运用生存分析方法,探究该自动扶梯处的乘客到达与排队人数之间的关系,得出自动扶梯的实际乘客运输瓶颈,并对车站在日常通勤高峰和在应对大客流时的客流组织方案提出建议。

Abstract:Passengers concentrating in certain subway stations, particularly transfer stations, are likely to cause some congestion at the bottleneck of the station. We have selected Xujiahui Station (a part of line 9 of Shanghai rail transit) as the subject of this research. By obtaining the arrival rate, walking speed, and queuing time of passengers from surveillance videos, the behavioral characteristics of passengers in front of the escalator is analyzed. Furthermore, the relationship between the arrival of passengers and the quequing number is investigated via the survival analysis method. This paper aims to determine the actual passenger transportation bottleneck of the escalator and suggest methods for allowing stations to cope with peak commuter numbers and large passenger flows.
