双边控制法在地铁调线设计中的应用

摘    要:在线路施工配合和调线调坡阶段,由于缺乏简单实用的理论和方法,设计人员主要依靠经验进行线路平面调线设计,影响地铁设计质量和工作进度。针对此问题提出“双边控制法”,结合测量、限界、桥梁和隧道等资料,系统介绍土建结构的双边控制线的确定方案,并将地铁线路设计软件应用到地铁调线设计中,实现地铁调线设计自动化、可视化,提高工作效率。该方法已成功应用于南京地铁机场线调线设计中,也为类似工程线路调线设计提供参考。

Abstract:The metro design quality and the construction schedule could be affected due to a lack of simple and practical theories and methods. Designers mainly rely on experience to design the horizontal alignment of lines. In this work, a double-side control method is proposed. The determining of the double-side control lines of the civil constructions is systematically presented on the basis of measure, gauge, bridges, and tunnels. The metro line design software is applied in the fine-tuning of the line plane of the metro works. This achieves automatic and visual fine-tuning design of line plane of the metro works and improves the working sufficiency. The method has been successfully used in the fine-tuning design of the line plane of the airport line of Nanjing Metro. This work can provide reference for the fine-tuning design of similar projects in the future.
