广州地铁预制节段拼装高架桥直线最小线间距设计研究

摘    要:节段预制拼装技术在国内城市轨道交通工程中已有较多应用,但尚未有成熟、系统的线路设计经验可供借鉴,针对该工法下的直线段最小线间距设计问题,结合广州地铁14号线工程开展相关研究。结果表明,节段拼装高架直线段最小线间距设计时除了考虑车辆设备限界、疏散平台宽度、安全间隙等控制因素外,还要与节段预制拼装工法相匹配,从压缩节段预制模板种类角度,合理选取直线段最小线间距,为以后类似的工程提供参考。

Abstract:Precast segmental technology has been widely applied to domestic urban rail transit projects. But there is no mature and systematic experience which guides line design. This paper aims at the design of the minimum distance between straight lines under this technology. The research is based on Guangzhou Metro Line 14 project and shows that the design of the minimum line spacing of the precast segmental viaduct should not only consider the vehicle equipment clearance, evacuation platform width, safety clearance and other control factors, but also match the prefabricated segment assembling method. The minimum line spacing of the straight section shall be reasonably selected from the angle which compresses template type. The research is expected toprovide reference for similar projects in the future.
