摘    要:为充分发挥天津国家会展中心轮候区对展馆区及周边路网交通的中转和缓冲作用,须对轮候区工程进行交通组织设计.以广交会成熟展会模型及客流规划为基础,推算分析了近、远期会展中心会展期间筹撤展及高峰时段客流规模、停车需求;结合路网规划,分析了交通特点,进而构造了相对清晰的内部交通循环及停车体系,并对车辆停放方式及停发方式进行了方案比选.完善的轮候区交通组织设计将大大缓解会展期间高峰交通量对会展中心核心区的冲击.

Abstract:In order to give full play the role of the waiting area of Tianjin National Convention and Exhibition Center as a transit and buffer for the traffic in the exhibition area and the surrounding road network, it is necessary to design the traffic organization of the waiting area project. Based on the well-known exhibition model and passenger flow planning of China Import and Export Fair, the passenger flow scales and parking demands in the exhibition preparation, evacuation and peak hour of convention and exhibition center during the exhibition in the short term and long term are calculated and analyzed. Combined with the road network planning, the traffic characteristics are analyzed so as to build the relatively clear internal traffic cycle and parking system. And the schemes of vehicle parking and departing methods are compared and selected. The perfect traffic organization design of waiting area will greatly alleviate the impact of peak-hour traffic flow during exhibition on the core area of convention and exhibition center.
