| 摘 要： | 上海要建设成为社会主义现代化国际大都市和国际经济、金融、贸易、航运中心之一,并欲成功举办世博会,其城市交通必须加快现代化的建设,进一步确立“以人为本”理念,加快构建上海城市交通现代化、智能化、人性化、法治化的交通环境。

| Abstract: | The construction goal of Shanghai is to develop an international economic,financial,commercial and shipping center,a metropolis which will successfully hold 2010 World Expo.For this purpose,urban rail transit construction must be based on human-oriented concept,lay stress on the traffic environment,which,as the author argues,shall be featured by intelligence,legality,humanity and modern technology. |
