Research on Effect and Risk From Practice of Vehicles Prohibition Policy

Vehicles prohibition policy has begun to implement after Beijing Olympic Games,and has been into the third wheel,the latest round of policy remains valid until 2012 April 10.During Guangzhou Asian Games odd-even day vehicles prohibition policy has also been implemented.This paper will analyse the effect and risk of vehicles prohibition policy from society,economy,transportation etc,serve as reference to make traffic management policy.
