| Abstract: | Given that the abutment backfill subgrade settlement has a great influence on the quality of road and bridge engineering, based on the analysis of the causes of abutment backfill subgrade settlement, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects such as the selection of suit- able embankment filling material of transition section, ensuring the compaction quality, and so on, which can provide references for relevant construction. |
