国道318线邛名生态高速公路设计

国道318线邛崃至名山高速公路是成都经邛崃到雅安的最快捷通道，是川藏线的重要组成部分，在国家公路网中具有重要作用。设计单位自初步设计起，即将“生态、环保”放在首位，以人为本，充分考虑人文环境的要求并注重路线方案比选，坚持地质选线、环保选线，体现新理念下的生态高速公路设计。

Design of Qionglai-Mingshan Ecological Expressway in No. 318 National Expressway

As an important part of Sichuan-Xizang Highway, Qionglai-Mingshan expressway in No. 318 national expressway is the fastest passage from Chengdu to Ya＇an through Qionglai and plays an important role in national highway network. From the initial design, the design department puts ＂ecology and environmental protection 99 in primacy, highlights people first and fully considers the requirements of human-culture environment and emphasizes on selection of route schemes by comparison, and insists on geological and environment protecting route selection as to embody ecological expressway design under new concept.
