高温养生水泥-二灰稳定碎石的模量设计探讨

摘    要:通过高温养生手段可缩短水泥一二灰碎石的养生龄期。利用SPSS软件进行试验数据拟合,可得出水泥一二灰稳定碎石在高温养生条件下达到标准养生条件下相同强度值时所对应的龄期推荐值;利用扫描电镜技术观测并对比分析高温养生条件和标准养生条件下试件的微结构随着龄期的增长而变化的规律,可验证高温养生方法缩短半刚性基层无机结合料稳定材料养生龄期的可行性。

Modulus Design of Cement-lime-fly Ash Stabilized Bound Macadam with High-temperature Curing

Abstract:By means of high-temperature curing, the curing period of cement-lime-fly ash stabilized bound macadam is shortened. Using SPSS software, the test data are fitted and the recommended value of the curing period of cement-lime-fly ash stabilized bound macadam in high-temperature curing condition when its strength achieves one in standard curing condition. The rule that the microstructure of the tested samples changes along with the increase of the curing period in high-temperature curing condition and standard curing condition is contrastively studied through scanning electron microscopy. The results furtherprove the feasibility that using the high-temperature curing method to shorten the curing period of semirigid based stable inorganic bound materials.
