| 摘 要： | 红外气体分析仪器基于Lambert-Beer定律,采用数字滤波技术对系统检测信号进行滤波,同时采用虚拟仪器技术对信号实现软件小波消噪、传感器漂移自动消除、数据融合消除交叉等新技术。
