摘    要:对我国公路预应力混凝土箱梁桥突出病害——梁体开裂情况进行了研究。通过对全国范围公路在用预应力混凝土连续箱梁、连续刚构桥箱梁开裂情况的调查,掌握了预应力混凝土箱梁桥裂缝的主要类型、分布规律和形态特征,并通过大样本条件下的分类统计首次获得了预应力混凝土连续箱梁裂缝多角度统计量化特征。研究表明公路在用预应力混凝土箱梁桥的开裂现象普遍,多种裂缝并存,裂缝成因复杂,裂缝形式多种多样,腹板斜裂缝和箱体纵向裂缝是主要裂缝形式。量化的分析结果为了解我国公路预应力混凝土箱梁开裂总体状况及箱梁开裂相关研究提供了充分依据和重要支撑。

Abstract:A research was performed for crack pathology of prestressed concrete box girder bridge(PCBGB).Cracking information of PCBGB in national scope was collected and investigated.Main crack types,distributing pattern and shape feature were proposed.Statistical analysis was also performed to get multi-angle quantitative crack features by large samples.Analysis results indicate that(1) inclined crack in webs and longitudinal crack in box girder are main crack styles of PCBGB;(2) many cracks appearing on PCBGB is a common phenomenon and the causes of cracking are also complex.The quantified analysis result provides an important support and basis for understanding overall cracking status of PCBGB and conducting relative researches.
