复杂地质条件下千米竖井快速施工技术研究

摘    要:金川矿山18行副井工程井筒深达1 1655 m,施工时频遇断层、严重涌水等复杂的不良地质地层,工程中采用快速施工技术,对凿井机械化配套设备进行多项改进,并新引用电子配料搅拌系统、非电起爆系统、供风供水聚丙烯管材系统和多台稳车集中控制系统等先进技术,建成的竖井质量评为优良,为千米竖井累积了丰富的施工技术和管理经验。

Study on Rapid Construction Technique of 1000-Meter Shaft under Complicated Geological Condition

Abstract:Shaft engineering at Jinchuan Mine No.18 Level,with pit shaft 1165.5m deep,is frequently encounter with poor geological conditions such as fault and serious water burst during construction.Drilling mechanical support equipment is given various improvements with rapid construction technique during constructionand advanced technology such as electric mixing system,non-electric initiation system,polypropylene piping system for air and water supply and multiple stability centralized control system are newly introduced.The completed shaft is evaluated excellent,which accumulates rich construction technology and management experience for 1000-meter shaft.
