Upgrading Design and Function Innovation of Safety Risk Monitoring System for Rail Transit Construction

Based on the experience of the safety risk control system of the Beijing Metro over many years and, combined with the development of information technology, mobile Internet, and GIS, management and control at the construction stage can be achieved in risk information collection, information analysis, early warning release, results reporting, effect evaluation, risk status display, and performance assessment. The study innovatively proposes and realizes the core concepts of monitoring systems, such as the real-time collection of monitoring information, dynamic risk control, standardized data storage and statistics, and automatic performance assessment.
