上海市轨道交通市域快线规划探索与实践

摘    要:为加深对轨道交通市域快线的认识和理解,开展上海市域快线的评估工作。基于交通年报数据和交通卡刷卡数据,从规划目标实现情况、客流特征等角度,开展市域快线规划实施评估。研究表明,市域快线客流总体上呈现平均运距较长、负荷强度偏低、客流密度偏低等特点。进一步研究发现,客流在空间分布上呈现沿线路轴向分布、中心区集聚、外围组团化三大特征,在时间分布上呈现高峰客流累积效应和客流集聚效应两大特征。最后基于市域快线的特征,从市域快线的线网布局、选线规划、客流预测等方面,提出策略性建议。

Abstract:This study evaluated the implementation of regional rapid line planning to better understand regional rapid development. Based on the Shanghai comprehensive transportation annual report and smart card data, the evaluation focused on the realization of planning objectives and passenger flow characteristics. Regarding regional rapid rail lines, the results showed that the average traveling distance was relatively longer, and the passenger flow density was relatively higher, while the load density was relatively lower than that of the metro lines. In terms of spatial distribution, the passenger flow was distributed along the line, with agglomerates in the central city area and partial clusters within the new town. As for the temporal distribution, the passenger flow clustered cumulatively within the peak hours, and the agglomeration effect was prominent. Finally, suggestions for regional rapid line planning and passenger flow forecasting are proposed.
