Abstract:To reasonably determine the construction method of the Xujiapeng Station of the Wuhan Metro Line 7, through numerical calculation, design analysis, and engineering practice experience summary, open-cut and cover cut top-down construction methods of this project are compared and selected. The conclusions are as follows:(1) a new reverse construction method of "first reverse, then smooth, and finally extension" is created. Compared with the open-cut construction method of the enclosure diaphragm wall with the same thickness(1,500 mm), the investment saving accounts for 7.3% of the total civil engineering investment;compared with the open-cut method of a 1,200 mm thick diaphragm wall, the saved investment accounts for 5.3% of the total civil engineering investment.(2) The new top-down method is safe and reliable, with less investment, a better construction period, and environmental protection;this is a construction method of sustainable development and green construction.(3) The "two-point mechanical positioning method" of concrete-filled steel tubular columns is created, which is convenient and precise. The maximum accuracy can reach over 1/500 h, which can meet the requirements of design and engineering.
