摘    要:在电力系统中,由于操作引起的内部过电压对设备的危害很大。对铁路牵引变电所操作过电压的形成及危害进行阐述,对一次倒闸操作中产生谐振过电压造成设备事故的实例进行详细分析,说明事故原因,并针对性的提出预防操作过电压的各种措施。

Abstract:In the electric power system,it is very harmful to equipment that the operation brings overvoltage.The article expatiates the formation and harm of overvoltage in railway substation,analyzes a equipment accident of resonant overvoltage in course of operating in details,elucidates the accident cause,finally brings forward diversified preventive measures.
