树脂复合减振板弯曲成形性的数值模拟分析

摘    要:减振板在弯曲过程中,内、外层钢板会产生相对错动量。利用ANSYS模拟分析软件对树脂复合减振钢板的弯曲成形性进行分析。就减振板的相对错动量进行了分析,并调整模具参数和板料的复合结构以及中间层树脂的材料参数,分析了它们对错动量的影响,并分析弯曲后的回弹和剪切力的情况。

Abstract:Relative shifting between the inner and outer steel plate of the buffer plate would happen during bending process. The author makes analysis of the bending formability of the resin composite buffer plate with the ANSYS simulation analysis software. Firstly, the relative shifting of the buffer plate is analyzed. Then mold parameters, composite structure and the material parameters of the intermediate resin are adjusted and their influence on the shifting value is analyzed. Also re- bound and shearing force of the buffer plate after bending are analyzed.
