| 摘 要： | 通过对项目决策过程的考察,从方法论的角度提出针对工程建设项目评价一般应遵循的静态模型、动态模型和功能模型。在此基础上,提出了模型群的概念,认为与单一模型相比,模型群可以更全面地反映事物。最后以公路建设项目的决策为例,列举了公路建设项目评估中的相关模型群。

| Abstract: | After reviewing the process of project decision-making, the paper presents methodologically three models that should be obeyed in project decision-making, i.e. static model, dynamic model and function model. Fascicular models is brought forward based on the three ones, and it is regarded more comprehensive to describe things compared with the others. In the end fascicular models applied to highway project evaluation are enumerated. |
