| Abstract: | The principal load-carrying members of the diamond-shape traveler are all two-force mem- bers.And it is structurally light,clear in load carrying capacity and easy to be assembled,disassem- bled and fixed.This paper briefly introduces the structural design characteristics of the diamond-shape traveler adopted in the construction of north approach box girders of the Chongqing Caiyuanba Yan- gtze River Bridge,and the quality control of construction. |
