摘    要:样机数字化模型和性能虚拟试验是铁路机车车辆虚拟样机工程的核心。围绕铁路机车车辆虚拟样机的产品模型,在开放式的CAD平台上,采用模块化和组件的技术思想,以机车车辆关键部件转向架为对象,研究机车车辆产品三维参数化设计的自动化方法。由模型数据基于Parasolid的数据交换,将模型无缝转到CAX-A的CAD系统,并获取零部件的属性数据。在CAD设计软件SolidWorks系统中,用户通过客户应用程序对组件对象模型及其属性进行操作;在自己开发的应用软件中实现诸如选择、创建实体、零件调入等功能。运用这些功能,可以方便地操纵CAD软件内部的几何实体,进行参数控制,从而实现零件和装配的自动化设计。

Abstract:The digital model and the virtual test of performance are the core of virtual prototyping for railway vehicle.Centered on the virtual product model of railway vehicle,using the idea of module and COM in opening CAD,and selecting the key component,bogie as a typical object of railway vehicle,3D parameterized design automation for railway vehicle is studied.The virtual model is modeled by Solidworks and transferred to the CAD system of CAXA through the geometrical data described by Parasolid,where the property data are extracted.In the CAD system of Solidworks,the component object models and their properties are operated by using developed application,in which such functions as creating,selecting and importing model can also be realized.By using these functions,the geometrical model in the CAD system and its parameters can be controlled so that the purpose of automation design for parts and assemblies is achieved.
