| Abstract: | Through reinforce of soft foundation at the Rui, an Part of Yong- Tai- Wen Expressway by Vacuum Preloading Method, the work finished in advance, And the settlement amount decreased. The method has greatly improved in the economical performance and social, performance. It has got the expected result. |
