轨道横梁与整体节点连接的疲劳试验

摘    要:对重庆菜园坝长江大桥轨道横梁与整体节点的连结构造细节进行了足尺模型疲劳试验.通过有限元分析,选定了试验节点,确定疲劳荷载上限为660kN,下限为50kN.试验实测应力幅为31.33MPa,加载200万次后,试验模型未出现裂纹.试验结果表明,该桥轨道横梁与整体节点的连接构造细节在其使用寿命期间内不会发生疲劳开裂,疲劳强度满足要求.

Fatigue Test of Connection between Floor Beams and Monolithic Joints

Abstract:The full-scale fatigue test of connection structure details between floor beams and monolithic joints was carried out on the Caiyuanba Yangtze River bridge in Chongqing. Based on a finite element analysis, the test joints were selected, and the maximum and minimum fatigue loads were determined to be 660 and 50 kN respectively. The test shows that no crack occurs in the model surface after two million time fatigue loadings and actual stress amplitude is 31.33 MPa. The research shows that in the service life of this bridge structure, all the connection structure details between its floor beams and monolithic joints do not crack due to fatigue, so its fatigue strength meets the requirement.
