电动汽车复合材料车身及保险杠结构分析

摘    要:本文根据材料性能试验结果,将实际采用的玻璃材料简化成为正交各向异性材料,然后复合材料保险杠进行了有限元分析及试验研究,验证了这种简化计算方法可以达到较高的计算精度并能减少计算的工作量,在此基础上,又对电动汽车的复合材料车身-车架结构进行了有限元结构分析,验证了玻璃钢较适合工作为电动汽车车身材料,同时,证明了采用加强筋,预埋件等特殊工艺以加强车身的整体及局部刚度是行之有效的。

Abstract:According to the result of material property test, the glass-fabric-reinforced plastic (GFRP) is simplified as orthotropic material. A FEM structure analysis and a test have been carried out for the GFRP bumper, the structure analysis has been verified to be highly accurate, while the amount of calculation has been greatly reduced. Then, a structure analysis has also been done for the body-frame structure of EV-6580 electric vehicle. The analysis proved that the GFRP is a suitable material for electric vehicle body, and that using some special structures, such as reinforced gills, preformed components etc, is effective in improving both the global and local stiffnesses of the body.
