摘    要:设计了应用于水下航行器热动力系统推进的OTTO/HAP/海水三组元推进剂试验系统,对不同的燃烧室压力、燃料组元比例、喷嘴压降、燃烧室转速条件下的燃烧稳定性进行了试验,观察到燃烧室压力的低频不稳定燃烧.试验表明,在推进剂流量一定情况下,较高的喷嘴压降和适当较低的氧化剂比例有利于燃烧的稳定,海水在推进剂中重量比例≥41.5%时,将会引起燃烧室压力的不稳定,(500~1600)r/min的燃烧室整体旋转不会对稳定燃烧产生影响.

Abstract:An OTTO/HAP/seawater tri-propellant experimental system applied to the thermal power system of underwater vehicle is designed and its combustion stability is investigated under various combustor pressures, fuel component ratios, nozzle pressure drop and combustor rotate speed, and low frequency combustion instable oscillation is observed. The experimental results show that higher nozzle pressure drop and lower oxidant ratio are in favor of combustion stability under certain propellant flow. The weight proportion of seawater in the propellant above 41.5% can cause the instability of combustor pressure, but the combustor rotate speed in 500rpm~1600rpm has little effect on the combustion stability.
