| 摘 要： | 政策性金融在支持农业发展中有着不可替代的作用，通过对国外政策性金融发展经验的分析，结合黑龙江省发展外向型农业进程中政策性金融支持存在的问题，提出黑龙江省发展外向型农业政策性金融支持的对策，促进黑龙江省发展外向型农业的政策性金融支持更加完善，使外向型农业的发展更加顺利。

| Abstract: | Policy-oriented finance plays an irreplaceable role in supporting the agricultural development.Based on the analysis of the experiences of foreign policy-oriented finance,and combining with the problems existing in the process of policy-oriented finance support for the development of the export-oriented agriculture in Heilongjiang province,this paper poses some countermeasures of policy-oriented finance support for the development of export-oriented agriculture to make the policy-oriented finance support for the development of export-oriented agriculture more perfect,and the development of export-oriented agriculture more smoothly. |
