全浮式驾驶室重型卡车平顺性分析

摘    要:基于ADAMS软件,建立了某全浮式驾驶室重型卡车的整车非线性多体动力学系统模型,模型考虑了驾驶室悬置、前后悬架、转向系统、动力总成、稳定杆及附件的详细几何结构参数,以及连接处的橡胶衬套、弹簧及阻尼器的非线性特性,轮胎采用Magic Formula模型。最后利用所设计的系统对该车进行了平顺性仿真,结果表明驾驶室悬置系统能够有效地改善整车平顺性。

Abstract:This paper built a nonlinear mutibody dynamic model for a full-float cab of a heavy duty truck.The full truck model contains the cab suspension,front and rear suspension,steer system,powertrain system,antiroll system and attachment.The tire was modeled with Magic Formula. Based on the model,the comfort analysis was carried out. The simulation results show that the full-float cab can effectively improve the comfort of heavy duty truck.
