金属带式无级变速器数字调压阀的设计与试验研究

摘    要:针对无级变速器电液控制系统的工作要求,应用数字比例控制技术设计了可用作无级变速器中夹紧力控制阀的数字调压阀。介绍了该数字调压阀的结构以及驱动器的设计方法,并对其进行了静态特性、动态特性试验。试验结果表明,该数字调压阀的控制精度及可靠性高,能满足金属带式无级变速器电液控制系统的要求。

Abstract:In terms of working requirements of the electric-hydraulic control system of continuous variable transmissions,the digital pressure regulator valve,which can be used as the clamping force control valve of CVTs,is designed with the digital proportional control technology.The structure of the digital pressure regulator valve and design method for drivers is introduced.Tests of static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the digital pressure regulator valve are carried out.Test results indicate that the control accuracy and reliability of the digital pressure regulator valve is high,it can meet requirements of the electric-hydraulic control system of metal v-belt type continuous variable transmission.
