混合动力电动汽车电池在线监控系统的设计及应用

摘    要:在HEV和动力镍氢电池试验研究的基础上,开发了HEV动力电池在线监测与控制系统。该系统以单片机为核心,可有效地实时监测动力电池的各种运行参数:电池SOC、总电压、电池包内特征点温度、充放电电流;判断电池的状况及故障诊断;具有CAN通信和故障报警功能,系统运行稳定、可靠。

Abstract:This paper presents an advanced battery monitoring and control sys tem for hybrid electric vehicle. Based on a single chip computer, the system can effectively monitor various operation parameters of power battery real time suc h as the state-of-charge (SOC), total voltage, temperature at specific poi nts in the battery, and discharge/recharge current, then perform fault diagnosis and j udge the status of batteries. The system operates stably and reliably with also the functions of CAN communications and fault warning.
