浅谈青岛港集装箱码头轮胎吊自动纠偏技术

摘    要:为了提高效益,确保安全,青岛港集装箱码头进行了轮胎吊大车行走纠偏技术攻关,对几种自动纠偏方式进行了分析比较,选择超声波技术作为最佳方案。具体介绍了超声波技术方案的实施步骤及出现的几种工况,该方案取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In order to raise benefit and guarantee safety,the Qingdao Port Container Terminal reforms the technology of rectifying the deviation for the travel mechnism of the RTG.This paper analyses and compares several models for automatic rectifying the deviation,and chooses the supersonic wave plan as the optimum one.It introduces the operating steps of the superso nic wave plan and several working status appeared.This plan has got good results.
