摘    要:介绍了拉臂装置伸缩臂的有限元分析方法,采用UG软件对伸缩臂的初始结构模型进行了有限元分析,得出伸缩臂受力最大时的应力分析图,再对应力不满足的部位进行逐步改进,以实现伸缩臂的结构优化,为拉臂装置的优化提供了理论依据。

Finite Element Analysis and Optimization of Telescopic Arm of Hook Loader

Abstract:A finite element analysis method was introduced for telescopic arm of a hook loader. The initial structure of telescopic arm was established and the finite element analysis was made for it in using UG software. By analyzing the stress figure, the areas is gradually improved when the stress analysis does not satisfy and realizes the optimization in structure of telescopic arm, and a theoretical basis was provided for thc optimization of entire hook loader.
